1. Services Provided
We provide software solutions, including website design, CRM setup, and automation services, built using the GoHighLevel platform. After the initial setup, customers are handed off to support. We do not offer guarantees on specific performance outcomes, including increased website traffic or conversions. All clients receive access to our 24/7 chat support and email assistance, with responses typically provided within 3 minutes for chat and within 24 hours for email inquiries. You accept the terms of service once you pay your invoice.
2. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
Maintaining certain aspects of the setup after the handoff to support.
Providing accurate and complete assets (photos, videos, copy, offers) to complete the website and CRM setup.
Ensuring your website or CRM is not used for illegal activities.
3. Support Scope
Our Services include ongoing 24/7 chat and email support. While we do not provide on-demand consulting or performance-based guarantees, we aim to assist with troubleshooting and guidance as necessary.
4. Termination and Suspension
You may terminate your subscription by providing 30 days’ notice via email.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these TOS or fail to meet payment obligations.
4. How The Goods Protects Your Information
The Platform is designed to provide reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information against risks such as temporary or permanent loss, destruction, and unauthorized or unlawful access, alteration, use or disclosure. We require our suppliers and vendors to apply similar protections when they access or use Personal Information that we share with them. Users of the Platform must also do their part in protecting the data, systems, networks, and service they are utilizing. No technology, data transmission or system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that your password to any The Goods account has been compromised), please immediately notify us by contacting us using the instructions in the “HOW TO CONTACT US” section below.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the CRM, website design, and automations we create, except for customer contact lists and domains, which remain your property.You may not modify, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part of the software or designs we provide without our express consent.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
We are a software provider, not a marketing agency, and do not guarantee increases in website traffic or lead conversion.We disclaim liability for any data loss, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of our Services. Customers cannot sue for lost data or damages resulting from system failures or misuse.
7. Privacy and Data Handling

8. Do Not Track
Some browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that, when turned on, signals to websites and online services that you do not want to be tracked. At this time, the Platform does not respond to DNT signals.
