Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by The Goods Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) including software access, website development, CRM setup, marketing services, and advertising services on Meta, Google, and any other paid media platforms. By paying an invoice, submitting payment information, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Provided

The Goods Studio provides:

Software, CRM, and Website Services

  • Website design (up to four (4) pages included; additional pages are $10/page).
  • CRM setup and configuration through the GoHighLevel platform (“The Platform”).
  • Automations, pipelines, missed-call text back, integrations, and additional features (up to four (4) per client included in setup).
  • A hybrid delivery model of “done-for-you” and “done-with-you.”
  • Handoff to 24/7 chat and email support after initial setup.

Paid Advertising Services (Meta & Google Ads)

For clients enrolled in our Growth Plan ($300/mo) for Meta ads under $3,000 monthly ad spend:

  • Weekly reporting
  • Communication via text and/or email
  • Ongoing optimization
  • Client-provided assets (videos, images, testimonials, headshots, etc.)
  • Basic video editing and static graphics
  • New creatives produced monthly
  • Drafting 2–3 ad angles, offers, headlines, descriptions, and hooks
  • Creative production begins only after written approval
  • Campaign setup and launch after final creative approval

Campaign Launch Timelines:
Typical launch windows are 7 to 21 days depending on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Availability and quality of assets
  • Approval times
  • External factors outside our control

Delays in communication or missing assets will extend the timeline.


2. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

For Software/Website Services

  • Provide all required assets (logos, images, videos, content, offers) in a timely manner.
  • Maintain their CRM and website after handoff.
  • Review and approve all copywriting; we may assist with drafts generated through AI tools, but final review and approval are the client’s responsibility.
  • Use the platform lawfully.
  • Export any needed data before cancellation (contacts, media files, domains, WordPress files, etc.).

For Advertising Services

  • Provide all ad assets unless otherwise agreed.
  • Review and approve ad messaging, creatives, and strategies in writing through email or text.
  • Understand that performance is not guaranteed.
  • Call all leads immediately upon receipt, especially for service-based businesses.
  • Provide weekly feedback on lead quality so campaigns can be optimized.
  • Respond promptly to avoid delays in launch or optimization.

3. Communication Standards

All communication must be in writing (via email or text). This provides a documented trail for approvals, changes, and performance updates.

Phone calls may be scheduled as needed, but all decisions must be confirmed in writing.


4. Trials, Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

Billing Terms

  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable.
  • Ad spend paid to Meta/Google is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • By paying an invoice, you agree to all Terms.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 14-day written notice before your next billing date is required to cancel any service.

  • Cancellation requests received inside the 14-day window will apply to the following billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued.

Credit Card Failures

Paused or failed payments result in paused dashboard access and paused advertising services.

Account Access

If access is paused or canceled:

  • Clients must export all contacts, media, and domain data before cancellation.
  • We do not transfer sub-accounts from our GoHighLevel agency.
  • Websites, automations, and pipelines created under our account are non-transferable.

5. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy

The Goods Studio does not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly software subscriptions
  • Monthly advertising retainers
  • Ad spend on Meta, Google, or any other platform
  • Setup fees
  • Creative work
  • Trial charges
  • Paused or unused services

Access to the dashboard and/or delivery of services constitutes full utilization of the product.

All sales are final.


6. Performance Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Appointments
  • Revenue
  • ROAS
  • Website traffic
  • Closed deals
  • Any specific results

Advertising performance is influenced by numerous factors outside our control including market conditions, client sales processes, competition, budget, offer strength, client responsiveness, and lead follow-up speed.

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses, damages, missed leads, missed messages, data loss, downtime, or performance outcomes.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of services following the required notice period.

7. Support Scope

Support is limited to:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Platform guidance
  • Technical issues within GoHighLevel

Support does not include:

  • Marketing strategy beyond included services
  • Sales coaching
  • Custom consulting unless otherwise stated

8. Advertising Policies & Compliance

Client must comply with all advertising policies including but not limited to Meta and Google ad policies.

We are not responsible for:

  • Ad disapprovals
  • Account bans
  • Platform outages
  • Review delays
  • Platform errors
  • Compliance issues caused by client-supplied assets

9. GoHighLevel Usage Rates

Usage-based fees (SMS, phone calls, emails) are passed directly to the client per GoHighLevel’s pricing structure.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All website designs, CRM configurations, automations, and marketing systems created by The Goods Studio remain our intellectual property.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or copy our systems without written consent.
  • Your uploaded content, contact lists, and domains remain yours.

11. Data Security & Privacy

We take reasonable precautions to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients agree to notify us immediately of any suspected security issues.

We adhere to applicable data-processing laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before litigation when possible.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued usage of services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Paying an invoice
  • Accessing our platform
  • Using our services
  • Continuing service after updates

You agree fully to these Terms of Service.
